The Czech competition authority, ÚOHS, has granted approval for ownership changes in the Polish company OT Logistics, which specializes in freight transport at the ports of Gdańsk and Świnoujście.

DD Rail Properties, co-owned by Auctor Holding and SPV Second, is set to acquire 49.99% of OT Logistics shares. This decision is now final.

Auctor Holding is controlled by J&T PRIVATE EQUITY GROUP LIMITED and AUCTOR PRIME, primarily active in hotel services and healthcare. SPV Second operates in European markets through CE Industries a.s. and its subsidiaries, focusing on rail transport, recycling, energy, and food and consumer goods.

The transaction will result in joint control over OT Logistics by Auctor Holding and SPV Second through their jointly controlled entity, DD Rail Properties. The merger does not raise concerns about significant distortion of competition, leading ÚOHS to approve the transaction through a simplified procedure.
