EU Technical Assistance Project in Kosovo Concludes with Roundtable Discussion

The European Union (EU) technical assistance project in Kosovo has come to an end, marked by a roundtable discussion in Pristina to evaluate progress in competition policy and state aid regulation.

The EU technical assistance project in Kosovo, implemented by the Competition Council, aimed to support the development of competition policy and state aid regulation in the country. The project involved sharing EU institutions' experience, reviewing and amending Kosovo legislation, providing training and seminar support, and enhancing the capacity of Kosovo's competition authorities. The roundtable discussion evaluated the progress made and discussed the continuity of these achievements in the future. The project was implemented in collaboration with the Belgian company GOPA PACE and had a budget of €2.9 million.
