The Polish Competition Authority (DKK) has issued Decision No DKK-188/2026 on September 1, 2026, approving the merger between Belron Finance Limited, based in Egham, UK, and Autoglass Poland sp. z o.o., located in Warsaw, along with AG Experts s.r.o. from Teplice, Czech Republic.

This decision follows an antitrust investigation initiated at the request of Belron Finance Limited. The authority determined that the merger would not raise any competition concerns and thus granted approval without the need for further justification, as the request was fully compliant with the legal requirements.

As per the Polish competition law, the decision allows for an appeal to the District Court in Warsaw within one month of notification, with a fixed court fee of 1000 PLN applicable for such appeals.
