The Polish competition authority is launching an initiative to educate the public about digital traps that can manipulate online behavior. These traps can make it difficult for users to make informed decisions, often leading to unintended clicks and purchases.
As part of the campaign 'Stop Indifference – Log Out Apathy', the authority is hosting workshops on September 20, where participants can learn to recognize these unfair practices. The workshops aim to empower individuals to navigate the online environment more consciously.
In collaboration with the LexCultura Foundation, the authority is also developing an educational game and school activities scheduled for 2027, further promoting awareness of digital traps and encouraging responsible online behavior.
