The Portuguese competition authority has approved the merger between Luz Saúde and C2 Capital Partners, determining it will not hinder competition in the market.

On May 30, 2025, the Board of Directors of the Portuguese competition authority, known as AdC, made a significant decision regarding the merger identified as 91/2024, involving Luz Saúde and C2 Capital Partners alongside Infrapetagi and HL.
