On July 30, 2025, the Board of Directors of the Portuguese competition authority, known as AdC, made a significant decision regarding the merger between Odevo and Grupo Portik.

Utilizing the powers granted by the relevant statutory provisions, the authority resolved to adopt a decision of non-opposition to the concentration operation. This decision was based on the assessment that the merger is unlikely to create significant obstacles to effective competition within the national market or in a substantial part of it.
