Belgische Mededingingsautoriteit Auditoraat Kennisgeving Voorafgaande aanmelding van een concentratie Zaak nr. MEDE.CCS.2 6 - 00 15 : Parkwind NV – Nobelwind NV en Northwester 2 NV - Zaak die in aanmerking kan komen voor de vereenvoudigde procedure Op 1 5 april 2026 ontving de auditeur - generaal van de Belgische Mededingingsautoriteit een aanmelding van een concentratie in de zin van artikel IV.10 , § 1 van boek IV “Bescherming van de mededinging” van het Wetboek van economisch recht. De aanmelding betreft de voorgenomen verwerving door Parkwind NV van uitsluitende zeggenschap over Nobelwind NV en Northwester 2 NV . Volgens de aanmelding heeft de concentratie betrekking op de sector van (i) p roductie van elektriciteit , (ii) a ctiviteiten van holdingmaatschappijen en (iii) i ngenieursactiviteiten en technische dienstverlening . Overeenkomstig artikel IV.70 , §1 van het Wetboek van economisch recht, heeft de aanmeldende partij de toepassing van de vereenvoudigde procedure gevraagd. Het Auditoraat verzoekt belanghebbende derden hun eventuele opmerkingen ten aanzien van de voorgenomen concentratie kenbaar te maken, bij voorkeur voor 2 2 april 2026. La notification concerne d’acquisition par Parkwind SA du contrôle exclusif de Nobelwind SA et de Northwester 2 SA . Selon la notification, l'opération de concentration concerne le secteur (i) p roduction d’électricité , (ii) a ctivités des sociétés holding et ( iii) a ctivités d’ingénierie et activités connexes de conseil technique . Conformément à l’article IV.70 , §1er du Code de droit économique, la partie notifiante a demandé l’application de la procédure simplifiée. L’Auditorat invite les tiers ayant un intérêt à transmettre leurs éventuelles observations sur l'opération de concentration envisagée de préférence avant le 2 2 avril 2026. CC S. 2 6 - 00 15 Parkwind NV – Nobelwind NV en Northwester 2 NV Op 15 april 2026 heeft de auditeur - generaal van de Belgische Mededingingsautoriteit een aanmelding ontvangen in de zin van artikel IV.10 van het Wetboek van Economisch Recht. De aanmelding betreft de voorgenomen verwerving door Parkwind NV van uitsluitende zeggenschap over Nobelwind NV en Northwester 2 NV. Parkwind NV is actief in de ontwikkeling, financiering, bouw en exploitatie van offshore windparken. Haar groepsactiviteiten omvatten de productie van elektriciteit uit offshore windparken, het verrichten van engineering - en technische adviesdiensten voor offshore windparken, alsook investerings - en holdingactiviteiten in activa voor hernieuwbare energie.

Parkwind NV Seeks Acquisition of Nobelwind NV and Northwester 2 NV

On April 15, 2026, the general auditor of the Belgian competition authority received a notification concerning the proposed acquisition by Parkwind NV of exclusive control over Nobelwind NV and Northwester 2 NV.

 This acquisition pertains to sectors including electricity production, holding company activities, and engineering and technical services.

 Parkwind NV is involved in the development, financing, construction, and operation of offshore wind farms, and its group activities include electricity production from these farms, as well as providing engineering and technical advisory services related to offshore wind projects.

 The notifying party has requested the application of a simplified procedure as per the economic law code, and the authority invites interested third parties to submit their comments on the proposed concentration by April 22, 2026.
