The Polish Competition Authority (UOKiK) has issued Decision No DKK-213/2026 on September 25, 2026, approving the merger between Bemo Motors sp. z o.o. and Inwestycje Mrugalski SKA. This decision allows Bemo Motors to acquire part of the assets of Szumilas AT sp. j. and Inwestycje Mrugalski to acquire part of the assets of Anta Fundacja Rodzinna.

The decision was made following an antitrust investigation initiated at the request of the merging parties. Notably, the authority decided to waive the justification for the decision as it fully complied with the requests of the parties involved and did not resolve any disputed interests.

As per the legal framework, the decision can be appealed to the District Court in Warsaw within one month of its delivery. The appeal is subject to a fixed fee of 1000 PLN, although exemptions may apply for parties demonstrating insufficient financial means.
