The Czech competition authority has granted approval for the merger between Astro Bidco s.r.o. and ADASTRA GROUP SE, allowing Astro Bidco to gain exclusive control over ADASTRA and its subsidiaries.

This merger falls within the IT services and software sector, specifically focusing on digital transformation services, including data transformation, cloud solutions, and artificial intelligence.

Astro Bidco is part of The Carlyle Group Inc., which manages funds that invest in global private equity, global credit, and private capital funds.
