On September 26, 2025, in view of the request submitted by the Notifier, the Competition Authority Board, in the exercise of the competence conferred upon it by paragraph d) of paragraph 1 of article 19 of the Statutes, approved by Decree -Law No. 125/2014, of August 18, declares the procedure corresponding to the analysis of the Ccent operation extinct. 05/2025 – Idealista / Portal47, pursuant to article 131 of the Code of Administrative Procedure, on the assumption that the notified concentration operation will not take place.
