The Polish Competition Authority (UOKiK) issued Decision No DKK-15/2026 on January 27, 2026, granting approval for the merger between Alpha Polish Logistics Propco S.à r.l. and several PDC Industrial Center companies located in Warsaw.

The decision follows an antitrust investigation initiated at the request of Alpha Polish Logistics. The merger involves the acquisition of specific assets from PDC Industrial Center 84 sp. z o.o., PDC Industrial Center 94 sp. z o.o., PDC Industrial Center 52 sp. z o.o., PDC Industrial Center 63 sp. z o.o., and Industrial Center 32 sp. z o.o.

UOKiK noted that the decision did not require a detailed justification as it fully met the request of the applicant and did not involve any disputes between the parties. Consequently, the authority opted to waive the usual requirement for a comprehensive rationale.

Parties dissatisfied with the decision have the right to appeal to the District Court in Warsaw within one month of receiving the decision, with a fixed court fee of 1000 PLN applicable for such appeals.
