Gaëlle Dumortier, a senior judge at the French Administrative Supreme Court, has been appointed to the Board of the Autorité de la concurrence, replacing Béatrice Bourgeois-Machureau, who resigned to take up her appointment as President of the French Anti-Doping Agency. This appointment brings a new member with expertise in administrative law to the competition authority.
