Participate in the Survey on Unfair Trading Practices in the Agricultural Supply Chain
The Competition Authority invites stakeholders in the agricultural sector to participate in a survey on unfair trading practices organized by the European Commission.

The Competition Authority is calling on sellers of agricultural products and food operating at various stages of the supply chain to provide feedback on their experiences with unfair trading practices. The survey aims to gather insights from market participants on encounters with such practices.
The questionnaire takes approximately 10 minutes to complete and is open until December 17, 2024. Responses can be submitted anonymously and the survey is available in Estonian.

The Competition Authority oversees competition in various sectors including electricity, natural gas, district heating, postal services, water supply, sewage, railways, aviation, ports, and the agricultural and food supply chain to prevent unfair trading practices.
