The Polish Competition Authority (UOKiK) has issued Decision No DKK-185/2026 on September 1, 2026, approving the merger between Auto Forum 2 sp. z o.o. and Witman sp. z o.o. The decision follows a request from Auto Forum 2 and its representative, Łukasz Serwatko, to gain control over Witman.

According to the decision, the authority found no need for a detailed justification as the merger request was fully compliant with the interests of the parties involved. The decision did not address any contentious issues between the parties and was not a result of an appeal.

As per the legal framework, the decision allows for an appeal to the District Court in Warsaw within one month of its delivery, with a fixed court fee of 1000 PLN applicable for the appeal process.
