Representatives of Kosovo's Ministry of Industry, Entrepreneurship, Trade, Consumer Protection Council, and Prime Minister's Office visited Poland to learn about consumer protection practices and EU integration.

In February 2024, representatives from Kosovo visited the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK) in Poland to understand the functioning of the consumer protection system, focusing on EU integration requirements under the Stabilization and Association Agreement. Discussions covered UOKiK's competencies, cooperation with other consumer protection entities, alternative dispute resolution, and the European Consumer Centre. The visit included sessions on consumer complaint management, detecting unfair contract terms using artificial intelligence tools, and initiating cooperation between the institutions. This visit builds on UOKiK's previous consumer protection project in Serbia.
