The Belgian competition authority has received a notification regarding the acquisition of DNAMAX by Steveny Holding, which may qualify for a simplified procedure.

On August 28, 2026, the Belgian competition authority received a notification concerning the acquisition of exclusive control by Steveny Holding BV over DNAMAX Management BV and its subsidiaries.

The subsidiaries involved include D4D Invest NV, D4D Holding NV, Autogroupe Bastogne NV, Autogroupe Waimes NV, Autogroupe Services BV, and D4D Immo BV.

This merger pertains to sectors including the retail of cars and light commercial vehicles (≤ 3.5 tons), maintenance and repair of these vehicles, body repairs, and retail of vehicle parts and accessories.

According to the notification, the notifying party has requested the application of a simplified procedure as per Article IV.70, §1 of the Economic Law Code.

The authority invites interested third parties to submit their comments regarding the proposed merger, preferably by September 3, 2026, via email.
