The Belgian Competition Authority (BCA) announced on October 6, 2026, that it has approved the acquisition of AXI Holdings Services by ILC Holdco XXII. The acquisition was notified on September 21, 2026, and the BCA found that it met the conditions for a simplified procedure.
ILC Holdco, a subsidiary of IceLake Capital Fund III, will gain sole control over AXI Holdings Services and its subsidiaries, AXI Holding and AXI International. AXI Holdings Services is a Managed Service Provider (MSP) that offers comprehensive IT services to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Belgium and the Netherlands.
The services provided by AXI include infrastructure and licensing, managed services such as cloud and security, and professional services like software implementation and data analytics.
