The Slovenian competition authority (Agencija) is currently reviewing the proposed remedies related to the merger of Iskra, a provider of electrical and system solutions, and Asist, a systems automation company. This review is part of the authority's assessment process under the Prevention of Restriction of Competition Act.

According to the law, the authority can accept remedies that effectively address serious concerns regarding the merger's compliance with competition rules. To ensure transparency and facilitate consultation with third parties, the authority has decided to conduct a market test of the proposed remedies.

The authority invites all interested parties in the Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) sector in Slovenia to submit their opinions, suggestions, and comments on the proposed remedies. Additionally, they are encouraged to propose any other measures they believe would be suitable to eliminate concerns regarding the merger's compliance with competition rules.
