Winners of the XVIII Wielkopolska Consumer Knowledge Olympiad

Lena Perzyńska from Zespołu Szkół Towarzystwa Salezjańskiego in Pila won first place in the individual category, while the team category was won by the City of Leszno.


The final of the XVIII Greater Poland Consumer Knowledge Olympiad took place in Poznan, where Lena Perzyńska from Zespoł Szkół Towarzystwa Salezjańskiego in Pila secured the top spot individually, and Leszno City triumphed in the team standings.

The competition, held in honor of Elżbieta Połczyńska, saw students from high schools in Greater Poland showcasing their knowledge of consumer protection laws. The event received honorary patronage from the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection and the Marshal of the Greater Poland Voivodeship.

A total of 331 students from high schools across the region participated in this year's edition, answering 70 questions on consumer law. Winners were awarded prizes sponsored by the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection, the Marshal of the Greater Poland Voivodeship, and the Greater Poland Voivodeship Inspector of Trade Inspection.

The individual winners included students from various schools representing different districts, with additional distinctions given to other participants. The team competition was won by Leszno City, with Adam Pietrzykowski serving as the Municipal Consumer Advocate.
