The Czech competition authority has granted approval for the merger between SERTENA INVESTMENT II LTD and MAX HoldCo s.r.o. This merger enables the two companies to jointly control MAX Realitní Holding s.r.o., which in turn oversees several properties including Palác Flora s.r.o., MYSLBEK s.r.o., and MAX Realitní Finance s.r.o.

The merger primarily affects the rental market for non-residential spaces, particularly office and retail areas in Prague. The authority assessed the merger under a simplified procedure and concluded that it complies with competition rules, as it will not significantly disrupt market competition.

The decision is final and has been deemed legally binding.
