OECD Launches Survey for Online Sellers in Digital Market Study

20.12.2024 | Polish competition authority

The OECD invites online sellers to participate in a survey aimed at understanding their experiences on digital platforms, as part of a competition market study in Poland, Latvia, and Lithuania.

The Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) is conducting a survey targeting sellers using online trading platforms. This initiative is part of a broader market competition study in the digital sector across Poland, Latvia, and Lithuania.

The survey aims to gather insights into the competitive landscape of online markets, identify potential issues, and propose solutions. By participating, sellers will provide crucial information that will enhance the OECD's understanding of the market dynamics from their perspective.

Responses to the survey will be treated confidentially and will not be shared with any public or private organizations. The data collected will only be accessible to the OECD and will be anonymized or aggregated to prevent identification of individual respondents.

This survey is part of a technical support project by the European Union, which includes collaboration between UOKiK and competition authorities from Latvia and Lithuania, aimed at ensuring competitiveness in the digital markets of these countries.
