On September 2, 2026, the Slovenian competition authority, known as AVK, issued a decision stating that it does not oppose the acquisition of exclusive control by Fortenova Grupa d. d. over TC1AS Invest.
Fortenova Grupa, based in Zagreb, Croatia, is set to take control of TC1AS Invest, a company engaged in real estate trading located in Ljubljana, Slovenia.
The authority concluded that the concentration is in line with competition rules, allowing the transaction to proceed without any objections.
