Garage Quevrain, located in Namur, specializes in selling new and used Mazda, Jaguar, and Land Rover vehicles, along with providing after-sales maintenance and bodywork repair services for these brands and Saab. The BCA's decision highlighted that there was no overlap between the activities of the two companies, which allowed for the simplified procedure to be applied without raising any objections.

The BCA plays a crucial role in enforcing competition policy in Belgium, focusing on preventing anti-competitive practices and reviewing significant merger operations.
