The Polish competition authority, UOKiK, hosted a delegation from the Moldovan Competition Council from September 7 to 10. This visit was part of a twinning project aimed at strengthening Moldova's institutional capacities in enforcing competition and state aid policies in line with EU best practices.

During the visit, experts from both authorities exchanged experiences regarding the application of competition law and public aid. UOKiK President Tomasz Chróstny met with Alina Cebotariov, the President of the Moldovan Competition Council, to discuss strategic communication and building trust in institutional actions.

Workshops held in Warsaw and Gdańsk included training on the practical application of competition law and public aid principles. The discussions also focused on good practices derived from EU competition law, aiming to align Moldovan regulations with European standards.
