The Slovenian competition authority, known as AVK, issued a decision on September 28, 2026, regarding the acquisition of joint control over RUTAR GROUP GmbH.
The companies involved in this acquisition are JR Beteiligungsgesellschaft m.b.H. and GRAEMIUM Invest GmbH, both located in Eberndorf, Austria.
AVK concluded that the concentration is in line with competition rules, indicating no objections to the merger.
