The Polish Competition Authority (UOKiK) has issued Decision No DKK-197/2026 on September 7, 2026, approving the merger between THC IV SPV 3 sp. z o.o. and Blue Orca Coffee sp. z o.o. This decision follows an antitrust investigation initiated at the request of THC IV SPV 3.

The merger involves THC IV SPV 3 gaining control over Blue Orca Coffee, which will be formed from the transformation of a sole proprietorship operated by Beata Krajewska - Mróz. The authority noted that the decision does not require a detailed justification as it fully complies with the request of the parties involved and does not resolve any contentious interests.

As per the applicable laws, the decision allows for an appeal to the District Court in Warsaw within one month of its delivery, with a fixed court fee of 1000 PLN applicable for the appeal process.
