Octopussy Investment S.à r.l. is a limited liability company established under the laws of Luxembourg and serves as an investment vehicle without independent trading activities. It is indirectly controlled by ICG plc, a global alternative asset manager based in London and listed on the London Stock Exchange (FTSE 100 Index).

Green Hill I BV is a Belgian limited liability company and the ultimate parent company of the Trustteam group, headquartered in Kortrijk, Belgium. The Trustteam group is an IT service provider primarily focused on small and medium-sized enterprises, operating in Belgium, France, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands.

The proposed transaction pertains to markets including wholesale of electrical household appliances, wholesale of information and communication equipment, retail of ICT equipment, software design, computer consultancy, IT services, web portal activities, holding activities, management consulting, and repair and maintenance of computers and communication equipment.

The notifying party has requested the application of the simplified procedure as per Article IV.70, §1 of the Economic Law Code. The authority invites interested parties to submit their comments regarding the proposed concentration, preferably by November 5, 2026.
