Czech Competition Authority Approves Joint Venture Between HSF System and ICE Industrial Services
The Czech competition authority has approved the establishment of a jointly controlled company, Coral Construction Technologies, by ICE Industrial Services and HSF System, determining that the merger will not significantly disrupt competition.

The Czech competition authority, known as ÚOHS, has granted approval for ICE Industrial Services a.s. and HSF System a.s. to create a jointly controlled entity named Coral Construction Technologies s.r.o. The authority concluded that this merger would not lead to a substantial distortion of competition, thus allowing the formation of the joint venture.
ICE Industrial Services is part of the MTX Group a.s. and specializes in the development, construction, and manufacturing of automated machines and production lines, along with related services. The group operates primarily in Europe and is also involved in metal processing and trading, as well as coal and coke production in the Czech Republic.
HSF System is part of the PURPOSIA Group a.s. and is active in the construction sector, focusing on general contracting and the complete roofing and facade cladding of modern buildings. The group also engages in development, facility management, and the production of prefabricated elements, primarily in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Austria, and Slovenia.
The newly established joint venture, Coral CT, will focus on providing 3D printing services for concrete structures in the construction industry, as well as the sale and rental of 3D printers designed for creating concrete constructions.
