The Polish Competition Authority (DKK) issued Decision No DKK-298/2025 on December 15, 2025, approving the merger between Ponar Wadowice S.A., based in Wadowice, Poland, and Pryvatne Aktsionerne Tovarystvo 'Kramatorskyi Zavod Vazhkoho Verstatobuduvannia', located in Perechyn, Ukraine.

The decision was made following an antitrust investigation initiated at the request of Ponar Wadowice. The merger involves the creation of a joint enterprise as outlined in the application submitted by the parties.

Notably, the authority waived the need for a detailed justification for the decision, as it fully met the requests of the parties involved and did not resolve any disputes between them. The decision was not made in response to an appeal.

Parties have the right to appeal this decision to the District Court in Warsaw within one month of its delivery, with a fixed court fee of 1000 PLN applicable for the appeal.
