29.04.2025 | Luxembourg competition authority
On April 29, the Luxembourg competition authority hosted students from the Master II Juriste d’Affaires International et Européen program at the University of Lorraine. The visit was led by Olivier Cachard, a law professor and program director, who emphasized the importance of understanding competition law.
During the event, Charline Di Pelino, a legal advisor and former student of the program, shared her career journey and outlined the authority's key missions, including the investigation and sanctioning of anticompetitive practices.
Additionally, Mattia Melloni, a permanent member of the authority, has been teaching a course on European competition law to these students for several years. This collaboration enriches the students' education with practical experiences and serves as a platform for final-year students to apply for internships at the authority.
