The Polish Competition Authority (UOKiK) issued Decision No DKK-94/2026 on April 15, 2026, approving the merger between Polish Structure Retail Holdco S.à r.l. and Fidemo Alta Fund. This decision follows a request from Polish Structure Retail Holdco, based in Luxembourg, to gain control over Fidemo Alta Fund, which will be exercised jointly with Fidemo Alta Fund GP S.à r.l., also based in Luxembourg.

The authority noted that the decision did not require a detailed justification as it fully met the requests of the parties involved and did not resolve any contentious interests. Furthermore, the decision was not made in response to an appeal.

As per the legal framework, the parties have the right to appeal this decision to the District Court in Warsaw within one month of its delivery, with a fixed court fee of 1000 PLN applicable for the appeal.
