On May 13, 2025, the Croatian Competition Agency (CCA) hosted a working meeting with Franziska Scholz, a judge from Germany, as part of the European Judicial Training Network (EJTN) Exchange Programme.

The meeting facilitated the exchange of experiences and information regarding the application of competition law in Croatia and Germany. CCA representatives provided insights into their scope of work, highlighting specific cases and challenges faced in enforcing competition rules in Croatia.

During the discussions, there was a strong emphasis on sharing knowledge about the legal frameworks and practices related to competition at both national and European levels. This collaboration is part of the CCA's ongoing commitment to international cooperation initiatives aimed at enhancing professional capacities and effective enforcement of competition law.
