The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) has published the proposed 2027 budget for the Horseracing Integrity and Safety Authority in the Federal Register, inviting public comments on the matter.

As per the FTC's regulations, the Authority's budget proposal must be made available for public scrutiny, allowing stakeholders and the general public to provide their feedback within a 14-day window from the publication date.

After the comment period closes, the FTC will review the submissions and will either approve or disapprove the proposed budget. Details on how to submit comments are provided in the Federal Register notice, and all comments will be made available on Regulations.gov once submitted.
