The Public Agency of the Republic of Slovenia for the Protection of Competition has made a decision regarding the merger of two companies: AKTIVA SKUPINA poslovne storitve d.o.o. and VARNOST VIČ varovanje premoženja d.d.

Located in Trzin and Ljubljana respectively, both companies operate in the business services and security sectors. The agency has concluded that the merger does not pose any competition concerns and is in line with existing competition regulations.

This decision reflects the agency's commitment to maintaining a competitive market environment while allowing for business consolidations that do not harm competition.
