On January 22, 2025, the Croatian Competition Agency (CCA) evaluated the concentration involving Eagle Hills Zagreb Real Estate d.o.o. and the companies Sunčani Hvar d.d. and Sunčani Hvar nekretnine d.o.o. The CCA deemed the concentration conditionally compatible, provided that certain commitments are fulfilled to mitigate potential anticompetitive effects.
Following this assessment, the CCA's Competition Council approved the appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers as Trustee during its session on April 1, 2025. The Trustee's role is to monitor the implementation of the commitments agreed upon by the parties involved in the concentration.
PricewaterhouseCoopers will be responsible for ensuring compliance with the commitments and will submit written reports to the CCA. This oversight aims to maintain fair competition in the market following the concentration of these real estate entities.
For inquiries regarding the commitments outlined in the CCA's decision, stakeholders are encouraged to reach out to the appointed Trustee.
