The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) will hold a workshop titled “Measuring Injuries and Benefits in the Data-Driven Economy” on February 26, 2026. This event aims to delve into the measurement of consumer privacy preferences and the effects of data breaches on individuals.
The workshop is scheduled to take place from 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. ET at the Constitution Center located at 400 7th St SW, Washington, D.C. Attendees are advised to allow extra time for security checks. Notably, the FTC has removed the requirement for registration to attend in person, making it more accessible for participants. Additionally, the event will be live-streamed, with a link to the webcast available on the FTC's website on the day of the event.
