Collaboration Agreement Signed Between Greek Competition Authority and National School of Judges
A Memorandum of Cooperation has been signed between the Greek Competition Authority and the National School of Judges to enhance educational collaboration and knowledge exchange.

On September 3, 2026, a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between the National School of Judges and the Greek Competition Authority. The agreement was signed by the General Director of the National School of Judges and a Councilor of the State, Ms. Taxiarchia Komvou, and the President of the Competition Authority, Ms. Irene Sharp.
The Memorandum aims to establish a stable framework for educational and scientific collaboration, focusing on the training of students who will become judges and the continuous education of current judges across all jurisdictions.
As part of the collaboration, joint educational actions and programs will be designed and implemented, including co-organized lectures, seminars, workshops, and conferences. There will also be an exchange of trainers, trainees, expertise, and educational materials.
Additionally, the agreement allows for the development of joint scientific and publishing activities in collaboration with academic institutions, research centers, international organizations, and other entities on topics of mutual interest.
The signing of the Memorandum strengthens the cooperation between the Competition Authority and the judicial community, contributing to the broader dissemination of knowledge on competition law and policy.
