The New Zealand Commerce Commission has published a Statement of Unresolved Issues concerning Rafting JV Co's application to acquire the rafting and sledging assets of Rotorua Rafting, Kaitiaki Adventures, and Kaituna Cascades.

This statement outlines the Commission's initial findings and potential competition issues that may arise from the proposed acquisition.
