The AdC fined APEGAC for setting minimum prices for management and administration services for residential condominiums in Portugal over an eight-year period. APEGAC justified price increases using the inflationary context in Portugal.

APEGAC, the most representative association in the sector with over 1,300 member companies, was found to have engaged in anti-competitive behavior that directly impacted consumers and market competitiveness.
