The decision was made following a request from CGI and does not involve any contentious issues or disputes between the parties.

According to the decision, CGI will gain control over Comarch as outlined in their merger application. The authority opted not to provide a detailed justification for the decision, as it fully aligns with the request made by the parties involved.

The decision also includes information regarding the right to appeal, stating that any appeal must be filed with the District Court in Warsaw within one month of receiving the decision. A fee of 1,000 PLN is applicable for the appeal process.
