The Estonian competition authority has received a request from AS Narva Soojusvõrk to approve the conditions for a heat purchase tender. This initiative aims to ensure transparency and fairness in the procurement process.
As part of the consultation, the authority has made several documents available for public review, including the tender invitation project and its appendices. Notably, Appendix 6, which outlines the evaluation criteria and measurable indicators, is still under clarification by AS Narva Soojusvõrk and will be provided in an updated form next week.
Stakeholders and interested parties are encouraged to submit their reasoned comments and opinions on the tender conditions by April 28, 2025, via email. The authority has indicated that the conditions may be reasonably adjusted based on the feedback received. Additionally, if any participant wishes to extend the deadline for submitting opinions, the authority will grant a one-week extension.
