On December 8, 2025, the Belgian competition authority received a notification concerning a concentration involving Accenture's acquisition of exclusive control over certain divisions of BNP Paribas Fortis NV/SA.

The acquiring entity, AOCS, is a newly established company fully owned by Accenture Holdings BV and ultimately controlled by Accenture PLC, along with its subsidiaries.

This transaction pertains to the sector of IT consulting and management services. The notifying party has requested the application of a simplified procedure as per the Belgian Economic Code.

The authority invites interested third parties to submit their observations regarding the proposed concentration, preferably before December 10, 2025, via email.
