On September 21, 2026, the General Auditor of the Belgian Competition Authority received a notification of a concentration under Article IV.10, § 1 of the Economic Law Code. This notification pertains to the acquisition of exclusive control by ILC Holdco XXII BV over AXI Holdings Services BV and its subsidiaries.

The proposed concentration primarily involves the IT services sector, including activities related to computer consultancy, management of computer facilities, software design, retail and wholesale of ICT equipment, computer infrastructure, data processing, hosting, and other related IT services.

In accordance with Article IV.70, §1 of the Economic Law Code, the notifying party has requested the application of the simplified procedure.
