The ACM has conducted an investigation into energy supplier HEM and found that the company has been late in refunding consumers in approximately six out of ten cases. Additionally, HEM's financial position and administration did not meet the requirements set for energy suppliers. As a result, the ACM has attached additional requirements to HEM's supply licenses, including timely bill payments, strengthened equity, and regular financial projections. HEM has filed an objection against the decision but has started implementing the requirements.
