Four Dutch telecom companies, including Delta Fiber, KPN, Odido, and VodafoneZiggo, have withdrawn their complaint filed with the ACM against Eredivisie CV and EMM (Disney) regarding the broadcasting rights for Eredivisie football matches. The consortium had argued that the agreement between Eredivisie CV and Disney violated competition rules and that the broadcasting rights should have been put up for public tender. However, after ACM shared its interim opinion stating that the agreement does not violate competition rules, the consortium decided to withdraw its complaint. ACM did not issue a final decision as a result of the withdrawal.
