On September 4, 2026, the Belgian Competition Authority (BCA) announced its approval of Steveny Holding SRL's acquisition of exclusive control over DNAMAX Management SRL, known as Autogroupe. The acquisition was notified on August 28, 2026, and the BCA applied a simplified procedure for the review.

Steveny is involved in the retail sale of new and used vehicles from various brands including Ford, Kia, Audi, Volkswagen, Škoda, Seat, and Cupra. Additionally, it provides maintenance and repair services, as well as spare parts sales. The company operates primarily in southern Belgium, covering provinces such as Walloon Brabant, Namur, Hainaut, Liège, and Luxembourg.

Autogroupe operates two car dealerships in the provinces of Luxembourg and Liège, focusing on the sale and maintenance of passenger cars and light commercial vehicles from brands like Audi, Volkswagen, Škoda, Seat, and Cupra. It also offers multibrand maintenance services under the Wonderservice brand.

The BCA found that the activities of both companies overlap in the provinces of Liège and Luxembourg, particularly in the sale of vehicles and related services. However, the authority concluded that the merger does not raise any objections and meets the conditions for the simplified procedure.
