On April 15, 2026, the general auditor of the Belgian competition authority received a notification concerning the proposed acquisition by Parkwind NV of exclusive control over Nobelwind NV and Northwester 2 NV.

This acquisition pertains to sectors including electricity production, holding company activities, and engineering and technical services.

Parkwind NV is involved in the development, financing, construction, and operation of offshore wind farms, and its group activities include electricity production from these farms, engineering and technical advisory services, as well as investment and holding activities in renewable energy assets.

The notifying party has requested the application of a simplified procedure as per the economic law code, and interested third parties are invited to submit their comments on the proposed concentration by April 22, 2026.
