The Slovenian Competition Agency has issued a decision regarding the merger of companies KATERA, KGAL Beteiligungsverwaltungs-GmbH, and NAMA. The merger involves the acquisition of control over NAMA, a real estate management company based in Ljubljana, by the German company KGAL Beteiligungsverwaltungs-GmbH.

The decision states that the merger does not fall under the provisions of the Slovenian Prevention of Monopoly Practices and Restriction of Competition Act (ZPOmK-2). This means that the merger has been approved by the competition authority without any restrictions or conditions.
