The Polish Competition Authority (UOKiK) has issued Decision No DKK-227/2025 on September 24, 2025, granting approval for the merger between Obton A/S and two of its subsidiaries, Obton Solenergi Master Impact P/S and Obton Solenergi Stabil P/S. This decision follows a request from Obton A/S based in Aarhus, Denmark.

The authority conducted an antitrust review but determined that the merger did not raise any significant competition concerns. As a result, the decision was made without the need for further justification, as it fully aligned with the request made by the merging parties.

There were no remedies or conditions imposed on the merger, indicating that the authority found no potential negative impact on market competition. The decision is not subject to appeal, although parties have the right to challenge it in the Warsaw District Court if they wish.
