The Slovak competition authority, known as PMÚ, commenced proceedings on April 28, 2026, to assess a concentration involving Pro Partners Holding, a company based in Bratislava. This concentration pertains to the acquisition of exclusive control over AQUAPARK Poprad, s.r.o. and AQUAPARK KOVÁČOVÁ, s.r.o., both of which are also located in Slovakia.

The relevant sectors affected by this concentration include the operation of sports facilities and various leisure activities. The PMÚ has opened the floor for third parties, including individuals and legal entities, to submit their comments, objections, and information regarding the announced concentration.

The authority encourages third parties to provide their feedback as soon as possible following the announcement to ensure that it can be considered during the initial phase of the review process.
